The newly renovated Schenkamerl measures a full 46 m² and is situated in the upper floor of our 300-year-old hereditary farm. The bedroom with bathroom, and a living area that has two sofa beds and can be shut off, offer plenty of space and privacy for two people or a family. The private south-facing balcony gives a wonderful view over the panorama of the Hohe Tauern mountains.

The sun greets you early in the morning here. Because the living and sleeping areas are separate you can do what you want without disturbing the other guests. Or you can relax together in the sauna or on the large southwest-facing balcony. This holiday apartment has an area of 47 m² spread over two floors. Early risers should go onto the balcony in the mornings so as not to miss the sunrise. The living/dining room with kitchenette, the separate bathroom with WC and the separate bedroom on the first floor are perfect for a small family. If you are looking for peace and quiet simply go into the sauna and then onto the large southeast facing balcony.

The Baumhaus (tree house) stands between two mighty 200-year-old maple trees. The large panorama windows almost bring the surrounding mountain world right into the living room. There is still more to be discovered in this 55 m² area: a spa bathroom with shower and bathtub, a private sauna with a spectacular view, a kitchen area that leads out onto a balcony, a bedroom with a view as far as the Schmittenhöhe mountain, and a living and dining area with a comfortable window seat for sun worshippers. The loden-clad sleeping alcove under the stairs provides a third sleeping space.

Dogs
The best friend
Is there a better place than grass fields and forests to have really good run around? Your dog is welcome here if you let us know beforehand that you are bringing him and as long as he is clean, well-trained and quiet.
We charge 15 Euro per day for your four-legged family member. Food is not supplied, but a food bowl and towels for rubbing down are included.
A maximum of 1 dog per apartment. They must sleep in their own dog bed and are not permitted on the furniture. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning of bedding or rooms.
